Dover's Premier Banquet and Conference Center

The Outlook at the Duncan Center is available for private events and is located on the fifth floor of the Duncan Center. This floor contains a spacious banquet hall and two smaller private rooms perfect for accommodating any special event. An electronic sign in the lobby will welcome guests to your special affair.

Please stop by the Office for the Duncan Center on the Lower Level and meet Erin Cooper, who will be happy to answer questions you may have about special event planning and the various accommodations we have to offer.
