The Outlook at the Duncan Center is available for private events and is located on the fifth floor of the Duncan Center. This floor contains a spacious banquet hall and two smaller private rooms perfect for accommodating any special event. The lobby on the main floor features an electronic sign welcoming guests to your special affair. Two center opening elevators carry you and your guests directly to the party. The Outlook was completed in 2004 and is waiting to make your event as memorable as possible.

Rooms:

The Outlook

The Outlook is the largest of the three private rooms and can accommodate up to 350 people or more if you utilize the two adjacent meeting rooms. The room measures 50' X 115' with outside patios surrounding the Duncan Center offering extensive views of Dover. The Outlook has a grand tile dance floor located in the middle of the room, a built in state of the art sound system, and lighting that can be adjusted to your desired setting. This room is surrounded by windows, contains high ceilings, includes elegant decor, and is perfect for any occasion.

The Mulford Room

The Mulford Room is perfect for small private parties, business meetings, showers or any reason you can think of to celebrate. The room has capacity for 35 to 40 guests. This room is decorated with an oriental rug, inviting pictures, wood paneling and several unique antique furnishings. Windows are plentiful, and an outside patio is perfect to enjoy a breath of fresh air.

The Bradley Room

The Bradley Room is also perfect for small private parties. This room is nearly the same size as the Mulford Room and will accommodate approximately 35 to 40 guests. The Bradley Room, too has an abundance of windows to view Dover and its own private patio for personal use. The Bradley Room is decorated with an oriental rug, an elegant china cabinet and other decorative effects.
